Vena Cava, the ambassador for women's fashion has entered into a design and licensing agreement with LF USA , which is a subsidiary of Hong Kong based giant Li& Fung dealing in consumer goods sourcing.
The design and licensing agreement states that the founders of Vena Cava, Lisa Mayock and Sophie Buhai will continue to oversee the creative vision for the brand and LF USA will contribute to the retail relationships and global resources to support the brand growth.

The President of LF USA, Rick Darling has complimented the founders with his words," "Lisa and Sophie's design sensibility and understanding of the millennial consumer are unique and we see tremendous opportunities to support their distinct design talent and extend the brand's influence into additional product categories". Vena Cava is best known for thoughtful and playful approach to proportion and feminity, particularly in the innovative use of prints and eclectic references to classical designs and patterns.

Rachel Zoe, Ellen Tracy, Sofia Vergara, Daisy Fuentes and Kids Apparel are the other leading fashion brands that are a part of LF USA's Women's apparel Group and will form a brand family with the new entrant Vena Cava.
