We are living in an era of fast food now. People have become so busy with work, that they prefer eating out than preparing a nutritional meal at home. By doing so most people are becoming obese and leading an unhealthy life. Fast food and nutrition cannot go hand-in-hand. But many fast food restaurants are trying to change their meals. So while eating out at fast food restaurants, you can follow some fast food nutritional information which are given below.
• Select your menu carefully: Order items with more vegetables and choose leaner meals.
• Drink water with your meal instead of soda: Soda contains huge calories. So ordering unsweetened iced tea or adding lemon to your order can be an alternative.
• Watch portion size: Order a smaller portion size meal instead of an average one as it contains near about 1000 calories. Avoid fries.
• Watch your salt: These meals have high sodium content which can cause high blood pressure. So don't add extra salt in your meal.
