Fast Food For Vegetarians

Vegetarian or vegan eating and fast food are not much compatible together. There are very few fast food options for vegetarians to choose from. But now the fast food chains are catching up with changing times and they provide more options. You just have to put in a little effort to find out your choice of vegetarian fast food from the menu. Some of the options include:
• Salads: Salads are the most common options in all restaurants. But be sure to check out if bacon bits are there. Salad bars allow you to add healthy options like chick peas or nuts.
• Baked potatoes: Baked potatoes and French fries are the safest bet for vegetarians.
• Sandwiches: You can order for burgers or sandwiches which do not have meat and hold the cheese if you are a vegan. Sub sandwiches are also an option with lots of vegetables.
• Mexican food: Spanish rice and guacamole are good options. Burritos, quesadillas and tacos can be made vegetarian by omitting the meat.
