KFC Double Down

The release of the KFC Double Down Burger has resulted in a lot of controversies. The burger was claimed by some people as one of the cause for obesity. Seeing the nutritional information from the KFC website, this burger surely packs a lot of sodium. The official site does not state the saturated fat, but some people claimed that the burger has around 16 % saturated fat.

KFC Double Down is certainly not a healthy option. Although the Grilled Double Down contains less fat and calorie, it has more sodium than Fried Double Down. But KFC Double Down is actually still have lower calories than some more familiar fast food menu such as Big Mac.

Eating this burger is OK once in a while. If you want to keep it healthy though, choose the grilled version, omit the cheese, and drink water to wash out the sodium.
